Specifically:

1.Data Security Technical Measures

In terms of data transmission, we adopt security transmission mechanisms consistent with industry practices, such as encrypted communication methods like HTTPS, to provide basic security guarantees during information transmission and prevent data from being illegally intercepted or tampered with.

In terms of secure data storage, we apply appropriate security safeguards based on the nature and sensitivity of the data. These measures may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, and other commonly used industry security practices to help protect stored information.

We restrict access to personal information to authorized personnel and service providers who need such access to perform their job responsibilities. Access rights are assigned based on business needs and are subject to internal management and review.

2.Data Security Organizational and Management Measures

We have established a data security and privacy protection management mechanism within the company that is compatible with the business scale and website nature, clarified the responsibilities of relevant personnel in personal information protection, and improved employees' basic awareness and compliance awareness of personal information protection and data security through internal systems, process management, and necessary training.

3.Handling of Security Incidents

We have formulated a security incident response process matching the scale of website operation to promptly take reasonable measures for assessment and disposal when a network security risk or personal information security incident occurs or is suspected to occur, so as to reduce potential impacts.

If a personal information security incident that requires notification in accordance with the law occurs, we will, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, notify the affected users through appropriate methods within a reasonable and feasible scope, explaining the basic situation of the incident, the possible impacts, and the response measures we have taken or intend to take. At the same time, we will fulfill the obligation of reporting to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with legal requirements.

4.Risk Reminder

Please understand that although we have adopted reasonable security protection measures, the Internet environment itself is not absolutely safe, and no technical means can guarantee the complete avoidance of risks. Therefore, we recommend that when communicating with us through this website, you avoid actively submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information and properly protect your own information security.
